The Power of Clarity

You know what’s more important than knowledge, today? Clarity.

Clarity is what diamonds are measured by. The more free it is from imperfections, the higher the clarity, and the more valuable the diamond.

Clarity also signifies purity and cleanliness. Would you drink from a glass where the water wasn’t transparent?

A moment of clarity is where you get an unclouded understanding of the truth. An understanding you could not previously see.

I would argue we have information, we may have education and we might even have some knowledge in some areas.

But in an age of information overload, clarity is the thing we lack the most.

We know how difficult it can be to make sense of it all today - especially when we have so many other things to worry about. With a million and one things vying for our attention, we naturally accept the status quo on key issues - even if it may not be the best thing for us.

Without a clear understanding on critical issues, we cannot act in the best way for ourselves, or for our families.

Knowledge is power, after all. If the information we receive is superficial, or hazy, we cannot begin to form a coherent narrative, let alone do anything about it.

If we lack clarity we become confused.

Therefore our ability to respond to key issues like health, or debt, or even oppression and injustice, diminishes.

That's why having clarity is so important.

To drive any change, we must first understand. To understand, we must first have clarity.

When will it be your moment of clarity?
